Technology Advantages
The biggest advantage about the IP68 waterproof technology is encapsulation.
With the Polyurethane glue 360° encapsulation, the led strip can work underwater by depth 5.8M, UV/chlorine/salty-water and high temperature, without yellowish in 3years warranty and more flexible and easy to bend.

Most of the led chip is from Philips Lumileds,LM-80 with low light decay 6000h<2% and the lifespan of led strip/neonflex up to 50000hours.

The LOGO,Power,Year code will print on the neonflex casing and the bending direction as well as the color.

Each order will test the CCT,CRI,Lumen and other spectrum data in order to achieve the request from the customer.
UV Testing
The each led neonflex and led strip IP68 under testing of fast aging UV testing for 3000hours and without any yellowish.
Salty Spray Testing
The IP68 led strip and led neonflex need to test its salty spray resistance for 300hours and ensure the surface will not corrode.
IP68 Water Immersion
The IP68 led strip and led neoflex testing under 58Kpa for 300hours and work well after testing and the surface without any damage.
Project Customization
Hanky Industry have the professional R&D team to provide the customized solution for the project, including the appearance: such as the cable type and length,color of the FPC, LED color LOGO and shape. Performance: voltage,current,beam angle and nonpolarity. Packing: product label, logo and carton box size.
The other request such as the length of the led strip/neonflex, IP rating and chip of the brand is available according to the project requirement, and other service such as the IES file for project design and demonstration, installed suggestion and instruction manual and so on.
