The PU encapsulation IP68 led neon flex is the ideal solution for the marine/swimming pool and facade lighting project, cross section is W8*H15mm, side veiw and side bending(horizontal bending) with min bending radius 100mm, can be installed into water in 3M, DC24V constant voltage design, max run 10M from one end without voltage drop, tunable white 2700-6500K dimming, standard length in 5M/10M/roll, and the customized length is optional.

  • Powered by Philips Lumileds SMD2835 W+WW 120led per meter and lighting efficacy up to 45LM/W;
  • PU(Polyurethane) encapsulation IP68 rating and applied to the underwated project by depth 3-5.8M( IEC 60598-1:2020).
  • Side view  and beam angle is 120degree with dot-free and soft emitting;
  • Cross section is only 8x15mm;
  • Tunable white and the color&brightness could be adjusted 2700-6500K.
  • 3-step macadam bin and one bin only to ensure the color consistency in the different batch was the same.
  • DC24V and constant Voltage design, max run 10M from one end without noticeabe voltage drop;
  • Reel length is 5M/10M optional, and the customized length is available based on customer project;;
  • Front/side entry only with B/R cable or RNF cable from one side or both side;
  • Waterproof male&female connector such as IP65/67/68 is available, and fast connector such as JST is can be provided;
  • Horizontal bending and the minimum bending diameter is 100mm
  • UV protected, yellowing resistance, solid and weather resistant for outdoor lighting.
